摘  要:从离心铸造大型锡青铜套筒产生气孔、偏析、缩孔缩松和裂纹等方面,探讨了锡青铜常见缺陷的产生原因和改善措施,借助SEM和EDS对大型ZCuSn5Pb5Zn5锡青铜套筒的卧式离心铸造缺陷进行了分析,并从合金熔炼和铸造工艺等方面进行了优化。结果显示,增加合金液的均匀度和纯度,改进生产工艺,采用水冷系统可使铸件成品率提高到90%。The origination and countermeasures of common defects,such as gas hole,segregation and shrinkage porosities(holes),in tin bronze were described.Defects in large horizontal centrifugal casting ZCuSn5 Pb5 Zn5 tin bronze sleeve were analyzed with the help of SEM and EDS.Meanwhile,countermeasures were provided based on alloy melting and centrifugal casting parameters.The results reveal that through increasing homogeneity and purity of liquid tin bronze and modifying centrifugal casting parameters and adopting water cooling system,the yield rate of tin bronze sleeve are increased to 90%.
