摘　　要：自媒体推动了高校图书馆服务模式的优化升级,以微信、微博为传播媒介的"双微联动"已成为国内高校图书馆的新型服务模式。文章从图书馆服务和用户的角度对双微服务进行比较研究。以江苏省15所"双一流"高校图书馆为例,对微博与微信平台的开通情况、服务现状进行调查与比较研究,同时以南京信息工程大学图书馆用户为对象进行问卷调查,研究自媒体环境下用户的意愿及行为习惯。结合双方调研结果,探寻适应自媒体环境的微服务策略,旨在为高校图书馆自媒体环境下开展微服务提供理论支持,以提升图书馆双微服务的整体水平。Since the We Media has promoted the optimization and upgrading of the service mode of university libraries,the＂double micro linkage＂with WeChat and Microblog as the media has become a new service model for domestic university libraries.The article compares dual-microservices from the perspective of library services and users.The Library Service took 15 ＂double First-rate＂university libraries in Jiangsu Province as an example to investigate and compare the opening status and service status of Microblog and WeChat platforms.At the same time,the survey was conducted on the users of Nanjing Information Engineering University Library to investigate the user＇s wishes and behavioral habits in the We Media environment.Combining the two findings,a microservice strategy adapted to the We Media environment was expored,aiming to provide university libraries with theoretical support to enhance the overall level of the library＇s dual-microservices.
