摘  要:介绍了某石化厂常减压蒸馏装置和常压塔塔顶系统腐蚀情况,针对常压塔塔顶系统存在的腐蚀问题,分析了塔顶含硫污水采样数据,结果表明,常压塔塔顶系统主要存在湿硫化氢腐蚀、酸性酸水腐蚀和盐酸腐蚀。提出了有效的腐蚀防护措施。The corrosion situation of atmospheric vacuum distillation unit and overhead system of atmospheric tower in a petrochemical plant were introduced. Sampling data of sulphur-bearing waste water was analyzed aiming at the corrosion problems in overhead system. The results showed that wet hydrogen sulfide corrosion, acid etching and hydrochloric acid corrosion were found in the system, and effective anticorrosion measures were proposed accordingly.
