乌市孕妇维生素D水平与胎儿宫内生长发育的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的了解乌市维生素D水平,并对维生素D水平与胎儿宫内生长发育的相关性进行探究。方法对乌市1435例孕中晚期的孕妇作为研究对象,检测维生素D水平,调查乌市人口学特征,并测定胎儿头围、胸围、体重、身长的指标。结果仅有246名(17.14%)孕妇的维生素D状况属充足[25-(OH)D≥75nmol/mL],476名(33.17%)孕妇属不充足[50nmol/mL≤25-(OH)D<75nmol/mL],713名(49.69%)孕妇属于缺乏的状况[25-(OH)D<50nmol/mL]。年龄大小、受教育程度的高低、家庭收入的多少及孕前BMI并不会显著影响孕妇维生素D水平的含量,然而相比较于农村和夏秋季节,居住在城市、春冬季节的孕妇,却更容易有维生素D水平缺乏的状况出现。结论乌市大部分孕妇存在不同程度的维生素D缺乏状况,维生素D缺乏的孕妇会直接影响胎儿在宫内的生长发育,尤其是显著影响胎儿的体长和体重;居住在城市和夏秋季节的分娩的产妇,更要注重平时的户外锻炼和维生素D的补充。Objective To understand the vitamin D level in Urumqi city and explore the correlation between vitamin D level and intrauterine growth and development. Methods A total of 1435 pregnant women in the second trimester of Urumqi were enrolled in this study. The level of vitamin D was measured and the demographic characteristics of Urumqi were investigated. Fetal head circumference, bust, body weight and body length were measured. Results Only 246（17.14%） pregnant women had adequate vitamin D status [25-（OH）D≥75 nmol/mL], 476（33.17%） were not pregnant enough [50 nmol/mL≤25-（OH）D〈75 nmol/mL] and 713（49.69%） pregnant women were deficient [25-（OH）D〈50 nmol/mL]. Age, educational level, family income, and pre-pregnancy BMI do not significantly affect the level of vitamin D in pregnant women, but pregnant women living in urban, spring and winter seasons are more likely than rural and summer, autumn seasons There is a lack of vitamin D status appears. Conclusion Most pregnant women in Urumqi City have varying degrees of vitamin D deficiency. Pay attention to the usual outdoor exercise and vitamin D supplements.
