摘　　要：目的探讨依拉普利联合非洛地平治疗高血压的疗效。方法选取我院治疗高血压的患者246例作为研究对象,时间2015年3月至2017年9月,采用随机分组法分为对照组与观察组,各123例。对照组采用非洛地平进行治疗。观察组采用依拉普利联合非洛地平进行治疗,对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果对比两组患者的治疗效果与用药后的不良反应、降压幅度,根据研究结果显示,观察组总有效率为122例(99.19%);对照组总有效率为90例(73.17%);由此可见,观察组明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),具有可比性。结论采用依拉普利联合非洛地平治疗高血压患者,其疗效显著,不良反应较小,更加安全可靠,值得推广。Objective To investigate the curative effect of enalapril combined with felodipine on hypertension. Methods a total of 246 patients with hypertension in our hospital were selected as study subjects. The patients were divided into control group and observation group from March 2015 to September 2017, with 123 cases in each group. The control group was treated with felodipine. The observation group was treated with enalapril combined with felodipine, and the treatment effect was compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate was 122 cases（99.19%） in the observation group and 90 cases（73.17%） in the control group according to the results of the treatment and the adverse reactions after treatment.; Thus, the observation group was significantly better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）, it has comparability. Conclusion the use of enalapril combined with felodipine in the treatment of patients with hypertension has significant curative effect, less adverse reactions, more safety and reliability, and worthy of promotion.
