摘 要:河北某铁矿石铁品位为34.52%,主要杂质Si O2含量为43.78%,Al2O3、Mg O含量分别为2.18%、1.62%,矿石中的铁主要赋存在磁铁矿中,占总铁的92.87%,另有少量的铁赋存于硅酸铁、氧化铁和碳酸铁中。为确定该矿石生产超级铁精矿的工艺流程,进行了选矿试验。结果表明,矿石在一段磨矿细度为-0.074 mm占50%的情况下经1次弱磁粗选1次磁选柱精选,磁选柱精选精矿二段磨矿至-0.038 mm占95%的情况下经1次弱磁精选1次反浮选(捕收剂YS-3用量为100 g/t)流程处理,最终获得铁品位为71.62%、铁回收率为73.47%、Si O2含量为0.19%、酸不溶物含量为0.24%的低杂质合格超级铁精矿,以及铁品位70.07%、铁回收率为18.92%的普通铁精矿。There is an iron ore from Hebei,containing 34.52% iron,43.78% Si O2,2.18% Al2 O3 and 1.62% Mg O. Iron mainly existing in form of magnetite,which accounts for 92.87% of total iron. In addition,a small amount of iron exists in form of iron silicate,iron oxide and iron carbonate. In order to determine the process flow for manufacturing super iron concentrate from this ore,beneficiation test was conducted. The results show that the super iron concentrate with iron grade of 71.62%,recovery of 73.47%,Si O2 content of 0.19% and acid insoluble content of 0.24% and normal iron concentrate with iron grade of70.07% and recovery of 18.92% were obtained by adopting the process of first stage grinding fineness is 50% passing 0.074 mm,then one roughing low intensity magnetic separation-one cleaning magnetic column selection-concentrate via second stage grinding fineness is 95% passing 0.038 mm-one cleaning low intensity magnetic separation-one cationic reverse flotation(collector YS-3 dosage is 100 g/t).
