摘 要:云南某硫化铅锌矿石中的主要铅矿物为方铅矿,主要锌矿物为闪锌矿,矿石中有回收价值的元素为Pb、Zn、Au、Ag,含量分别为6.06%、3.93%、0.70 g/t、218.03 g/t。为高效开发利用该矿石资源,进行了选矿试验研究。结果表明,矿石在磨矿细度为-0.074 mm占70%的情况下,采用1粗2精1扫流程选铅、1粗2精1扫流程选锌,可得铅品位为65.30%、含银2 141.26 g/t、含金6.70 g/t、铅回收率为88.10%、银回收率为80.32%、金回收率为77.51%的铅精矿,以及锌品位为46.39%、含银321.46 g/t、含金1.30 g/t、锌回收率为91.27%、银回收率为11.39%、金回收率为14.76%的锌精矿,金、银在铅、锌精矿中的总回收率分别达92.27%和91.71%。Main lead mineral is galena and main zinc mineral is sphalerite in a lead-zinc sulfide ore in Yunnan. Pb、Zn、Au、Ag are the recoverable elements,and it's grades is 6.06%,3.93%,0.70 g/t,218.03 g/t respectively. In order to develop and utilize it efficiently,dressing experiments were carried out. The results showed that,when the ore was ground to 70%-0.074 mm,treated by one roughing two cleaning and one scavenging lead flotation,one roughing two cleaning and one scavenging zinc flotation,lead concentrate of 65.30% Pb,2 141.26 g/t Ag,6.70 g/t Au with recoveries of 88.10% Pb,80.32%Ag、77.51% Au,and zinc concentrate of 46.39% Zn,321.46 g/t Ag,1.30 g/t Au with recoveries of 91.27% Zn,11.39% Ag,14.76% Au,the total recovery of gold and silver in lead concentrate and zinc concentrate is 92.27% and 91.71%.
