摘 要:江西某钨矿重选尾矿细筛筛下(0.2~0 mm)钨、铜品位分别为0.44%、0.27%,有回收价值的金属矿物主要为黄铜矿、白钨矿、黑钨矿等。白钨矿粒径主要为0.002~0.1 mm,黑钨矿粒径主要为0.001~0.05 mm,钨在细粒级有明显的富集现象。为改变现场钨回收效果欠佳的问题,以PG为钨常温浮选絮凝剂进行了选矿试验研究。结果表明,在不改变选铜工艺技术条件的情况下,以PG为钨常温浮选絮凝剂,采用1粗3精3扫、中矿顺序返回流程常温选钨,与不添加PG相比,常温浮选钨精矿WO3品位相当,但WO3作业回收率高4.11个百分点;在不改变选铜及钨加温精选工艺技术条件的情况下,以PG为钨常温浮选絮凝剂,与不添加PG相比,所取得的最终钨精矿WO3品位相当,但WO3回收率高2.75个百分点。因此,钨细泥含量较高的矿石适合采用选择性絮凝浮选工艺处理。Tungsten and copper grade in undersize(0.2~0 mm) of Jiangxi tungsten gravity tailings is 0.44% and 0.27%, in which the main valuable metal mineral were chalcopyrite, scheelite, wolframite etc.. The particle size of the scheelite is 0.002~0.1 mm, particle size of wolframite mainly ranges from 0.001 ~ 0.05 mm, tungsten enriched obviously in fine grained. In order to improve the recovery effect of tungsten on-site, PG was used as the flotation flocculant at normal temperature. The results show that, without changing the technological process of copper flotation, using PG as tungsten flotation flocculant at normal temperature, through one roughing three cleaning three scavenging and middlings returned in order, compared with the condition without PG, the grade of WO3 in concentrate are nearly the same, but the recovery rate was increased by 4.11 percentage points.Without changing the technological process of copper flotation and using heated tungsten flotation, in which the flocculant was PG, got the WO3 recovery rate increased by 2.75 percentage points, compared with the condition without adding PG, and the grade were nearly the same. Therefore, the ore with high tungsten slime content is suitable for the selective flocculation flotation process.
