摘 要:为提高大型露天矿采剥计划编制效率,通过SURPAC软件的二次开发接口,利用TCL/SCL语言嵌入到SURPAC系统模块中,开发了露采采剥计划辅助编制系统。该系统根据用户圈定的计划区域,生成三维实体模型并进行属性赋值,能够快速、准确地报告该区域的矿岩分类属性、品位属性、矿石质量、采剥总量等,并根据用户模板,自动生成标准的采剥计划表和排土场排土计划表。该系统操作简单,运行流畅,极大地提高了采剥计划的编制效率,并在紫金山金铜矿露采采剥计划编制中得到推广应用。In order to improve the efficiency of making a mining stripping plan,the secondary development interface of SURPAC software and embedded TCL/SCL language into SURPAC system module have been used to develop the auxiliary mining system. According to the planning area delineated by the user,the system generates three-dimensional solid model and carries out attribute assignment,which can quickly and accurately report ore classification attributes,grade attributes,ore quality and total amount of mining in the area. Then,it can generate a standard mining schedule and dumping schedule according to the user template. The system is simple and smooth in operation,which greatly improves the efficiency of making the mining stripping plan and has been popularized and applied in Zijinshan Gold-Copper Mine.
