摘　　要：2011年颁布的《义务教育数学课程标准》出现了模型思想,模型思想是数学素养的十大核心词汇之一.在文献分析的基础上建立义务教育阶段数学建模能力评价框架和行为测评指标,该测评体系为义务教育阶段学生数学建模能力的培养和评价提供了具体参考.Based on the literature analysis, this paper establish Assessment framework of mathematical modeling competence over compulsory education period, namely the evaluation of students＇ ability to use mathematical model to solve real problem, including four dimensions： 1） four kinds of situations（personal life, social life, occupation life, science situation）; 2） mathematical knowledge（number and algebra, graph and geometry, probability and statistics, comprehensive and practical）; 3） mathematical modeling process（Mathematics, mathematical, interpretation and translation, inspection）; 4） the student modeling activity level（reproduction, connect, reflection）.
