摘 要:IR是T2DM及其微血管并发症的重要病理生理基础,近年研究认为,慢性炎症是引起IR的关键因素。颗粒蛋白前体(PGRN)作为一种新型的炎症细胞因子,可通过调控慢性炎症反应引起IR、组织局部炎症浸润来参与糖尿病及其微血管并发症的发生发展,还可作为一种细胞生长因子引起血管化参与DR的发生发展。对上述领域的探索有助于进一步明确PGRN与IR、T2DM及微血管并发症之间的关系,以期为后者探寻新的治疗靶点。Insulin resistance(IR)is an important pathophysiological basis of type 2 diabetes(T2 DM)and its microvascular complications.Recent researches have found that chronic inflammation is a critical factor for IR.As a new inflammatory cytokine,progranulin(PGRN)can be involved in the occurrence and development of diabetes and its microvascular complications through regulation of IR and local inflammatory infiltration.It may also acts as a cell growth factor inducing vascularization in the occurrence and development of diabetic retinopathy(DR).The exploration of the above areas will help to further clarify the relationship between PGRN and IR,T2 DM and its microvascular complications,and to explore new therapeutic targets in the future.
