摘　　要：随着大数据、云计算技术的广泛应用,数据在刑事案件侦查中的作用愈发重要。刑事案件侦查模式正朝着"数据驱动""智能预测""数据导侦"方向转变。从数据情报的角度论述大数据时代刑事案件侦查模式的转型与变革,阐述大数据在刑事侦查中运用的诸多误区与注意事项,从而更好地帮助侦查人员进行网络布阵和谋略掌控。With the extensive application of big data and cloud computing technology, the role of data in criminal case investigation is becoming much more important. The investigation mode of criminal cases is changing towards ＂data drive＂, ＂intelligent prediction＂ and ＂data guidance＂. From the angle of data intelligence, this paper discusses the transformation and changes of the criminal investigation mode in big data era, expounds some mistakes and cautions in the application of big data in criminal investigation,tying to help the investigators set up network structures and control strategies.
