独立学院法学专业实践实训教学模式分析

摘　　要：全国设有法学专业的高校数量庞大,势必造成法学专业毕业生膨胀。贵阳市地方独立学院突破所处层次劣势,重在通过创新"实训"课程训练模式,多角度构建培养计划,保证"卓越计划"在独立学院的贯彻落实,以巩固师资队伍为前提,改革实践教学模式,为培养出适应地方经济发展需要的基层实务、应用型法学本科人才创造条件。With more and more colleges and universities in China provide law major for students, the number of law graduates keep increasing enormously. Although at relatively inferior level in higher education system, several local independent colleges in Guiyang attempt to make breakthroughs. In order to ensure the implementation of ＂Outstanding Law Talents Training Program＂, these independent colleges innovate a curriculum training mode of ＂practical training＂, work out training plans from multi angles, reform the practical teaching modes under the premise of consolidating the teaching staff. All these efforts will create appropriate conditions for training qualified law undergraduates, thereby meeting the needs of judicial practice at grassroots level as well as the local economic development.
