摘　　要：目的探讨便携式一体化远程检诊箱在驻外维和分队远程会诊中的应用，对境外维和分队开展远程医疗保障提出建议。方法使用便携式一体化远程箱对驻利比里亚维和警察防暴队进行远程会诊，项目包括心电图检查、眼科、耳鼻喉科、皮肤科、普通外科等专科疾病的诊治。结果共诊治各种专科疾病37例，含急腹症1例，全部明确了诊断并给予正确的治疗。结论远程医疗系统是境外维和分队卫勤保障的重要补充。Objective To discuss the value of portable integrated remote medical examination chest in the remote consultation for overseas peacekeeping contingents. Methods A portable integrated remote medical examination ehes was used to carry out consultation for the 140 members of the fourth Chinese peaeekeeping riot squad stationed in Liberia. The contents of consultation involved ECG, ophthalmology, otorhinolaryngology, dermatology, general surgery etc.. Results During the period, 37 cases of different diseases had been diagnosed by using this system, including one case of acute abdomen. All the patients had definitive diagnoses and then received correct treatments. Conclusion Portable integrated telemedieine system, eg. in form of portable integrated remote medical examination chest, is an important complement to the medical service for the Chinese overseas peacekeeping contingent,.
