摘　　要：目的该研究应用循证医学的方法，制定出科学、敏感、实用且适合我国护理实际的髋部骨折护理质量敏感性指标。方法通过检索国内外文献和Meta分析，总结出髋部骨折护理质量敏感性指标及其计算公式与资料收集方法，运用德尔菲法对指标内容进行论证与校正。结果构建了一套包含20项指标的髋部骨折护理质量敏感性指标体系，确立了各指标的内涵、计算方法及资料收集方法。为临床护理人员提高护理质量，护理管理者评价护理质量提供证据支持。结论基于循证构建的髋部骨折护理质量敏感性指标，具有较高的科学性与敏感性．通过专家咨询使构建的指标体系具有较高的可操作件．Objective This study used evidence-based medicine to develop scientific, sensitive, practical, and suitable for the practical nursing quality sensitivity index of hip fracture in China. Methods Hip fracture nursingsensitive quality indicators as well as their calculation formulas and data collection methods were identified on the basis of evidence-based medicine. The indicators were modified using Delphi technique. Results The construction of nursing quality sensitivity of an index system including 20 items of hip fracture, established the connotation of each index, cal- culation method and data collection method. To provide evidence support for clinical nursing staff to improve nursing quality and nursing managers to evaluate nursing quality. Conclusions Based on the evidence-based nursing quality sensitivity index of hip fracture, it has high scientific and sensitivity, and the index system constructed through expert consultation has high operability.
