摘 要:需求侧响应是智能电网与电力市场发展的主要核心内容,在世界各国电力行业都得到高度重视。在电力市场环境下,需求侧响应的发展备受关注。首先着重介绍需求侧响应在我国的发展,并分析需求侧响应对电力系统不同活动的潜在价值,建立相应模型分析证明需求响应中可中断负荷项目的作用之一:移峰填谷,降低系统尖峰负荷。然后,分析电力市场对需求响应项目的影响及不同电力行业结构下发展需求响应的商业模式。最后剖析了我国实施需求侧响应面临的挑战,并提出在电力市场环境下我国发展需求侧响应的相关建议。Demand response is the main core of smart grid and power market development, and has been paid great attention in the world power industry. Under the electricity market environment, the development of demand response has attracted much concern. The development of demand response in China are introduced, and the potential value of demand side response to different activities of power system is analyzed. The corresponding model is established to prove one of the functions of interruptible load, i.e. peak shaving and valley filling, reduce the system peak load. The paper analyzes the impact of electricity market on the demand response project and business model for the development of demand response under different power industry structures. Finally, the challenges of implementing the demand response in China is analyzed, and some suggestions on the development of China' s demand respond is put forward.
