谏议文学对北宋台谏制度的践行与反制——以元祐反安反侧奏议为例

摘　　要：在制度与文学二元关系的研究视野中,制度决定着文学生成的特征与面貌,而文学又在一定程度上对制度具有反作用。北宋元祐元年的11状反安反侧奏议,是新旧党争背景下台谏官员以文学的形式,代表旧党对君命表达的集体抗议。台谏共同风闻言事,迫使诏令最终做出改变,典型地践行与诠释了北宋台谏合一的谏议制度,彰显了文学的魅力,并为制度与文学的互动关系做出了生动注脚。As for the relationship between literature and system,it is generally accepted that the system makes up the character and features of literature,which will in turn act on the system.The 11 memorials to the Empeor were Yushitai and Jianyuan＇s collective protest in the form of literature,which represents conservative party in Yuanyou,the Northern Song Dynasty.The officers in Yushitai and Jianyuan submit the memo to emperor by the hearsay to force the latter to change the edict,which typically practises and interprets the system that merged Yushitai and Jianyuan into one organization.Moreover,it shows the glamour of literature and interprets vividly the relationship between system and literature.
