摘　　要：目的:探讨大学生外向性人格、移动网络服务偏好与问题性移动网络使用的关系。方法:采用青少年人格五因素问卷、大学生移动网络服务使用偏好问卷和大学生问题性移动网络使用行为量表,按照年级整群分层方式选取1488名大学生进行调查,采用SPSS18.0进行统计分析。结果:(1)大学生对移动网络服务偏好依次是:信息服务、娱乐服务、社交服务和交易服务;(2)外向性人格与问题性移动网络使用,以及社交服务、娱乐服务、信息服务和交易服务使用偏好均存在显著正相关,问题性移动网络使用与娱乐服务和信息服务使用偏好存在显著正相关;(3)外向性人格、信息服务和娱乐服务使用偏好对问题性移动网络使用具有正向预测作用;(4)外向性人格通过信息服务和娱乐服务使用偏好间接影响问题性移动网络使用,在二者间存在中介作用。结论:娱乐服务与信息服务在外向性人格与问题性移动网络使用间存在中介作用。Objective： To explore the relationship between extraversion, mobile internet service preference and mobile internet excessive use.Methods： A total of 1488 students were surveyed by the personality five factor questionnaire,mobile network service preference questionnaire,and problematic mobile network use scale,the statistical analysis was carried out by SPSS 18. 0.Results：（1） The sequence of the mobile phones preferences was information services,entertainment services,social services and transaction services;（2） There was significant positive correlation between neuroticism and problematic mobile network use,there was significant positive correlation among information services,entertainment services,social services,transaction services and problematic mobile network use,there was significant positive correlation between problematic mobile network use and mobile internet service preference;（3） Extraversion has a direct positive impact on problematic mobile network use,the information services and entertainment service have a direct positive impact on problematic mobile network use;（4） Extraversion indirectly affected problematic mobile network use of behavior through the information services and entertainment services,information services and entertainment services played an intermediary role between extraversion and problematic mobile network use.Conclusion： We can cultivate college students＇ positive personality and new media literacy,and effectively inhibit the mobile internet excessive use of college students.
