摘　　要：基于数据包络分析CRS-CCR和VRS-BCC 2种模型,对2013—2015年5家医学期刊运行效率进行测量和评价,在系统复习相关研究基础上,结合描述性统计分析结果及数据包络分析结果,提出了提升医学期刊管理运行效率相关建议,主要包括增加期刊投入、加大编辑培训、拓宽收入来源、推广期刊网络编审系统、重视学术期刊评价、强化效率意识等,以期为类似研究提供参考。Two models of CRS-CCR and VRS-BCC of data envelopment analysis are employed to evaluate the operation efficiency of five medical journals from 2013 to 2015. Based on the systematic literature review,descriptive statistical analysis and data envelopment analysis,suggestions for improving operation efficiency of medical journals are proposed. The recommended measures include increasing input,strengthening training,broadening the revenue sources, promoting network editing system, paying attention to the evaluation of academic periodicals and strengthening the consciousness of efficiency.
