摘　　要：基于"互联网+"时代数字信息(简称新信息)元素的传播优势,探讨新信息、新技术在传统科技期刊的应用。结果表明,纸质出版融合新信息便于读者实现不同出版媒体的互联互通;PC端出版可全面快速提升传播;微信公众平台出版增加了传播的多样化。新信息、新技术在传统科技期刊的应用推进了传统媒体与新媒体在内容、渠道、平台等方面的融合。Based on the communication advantage of digital information（ new information for short） elements,the applications of new information and new technology in traditional sci-tech journals are explored. The result shows that the combination of new information and paper publishing makes it easy for readers to realize the interconnection of different publishing media. PC-end publishing can promote communication overall and quickly. We Chat public platform publishing increases the diversity of spread. The applications of new information and new technology in traditional sci-tech journals push the integration between traditional media and new media in content,channel,platform and so on.
