摘  要:为探究不同类型的润滑油对轴承启动摩擦力矩的影响,研制了一种微型轴承低温启动力矩试验机,测试结果表明室温下该试验机与进口BRG-3000摩擦力矩测试仪具有很好的吻合性;在-50℃^-40℃温度范围内测试了由二元酸酯和硅类油润滑下轴承的启动摩擦力矩,结果表明酯类油和硅油润滑下轴承的启动摩擦力矩随着温度的降低逐渐增加,且增加的趋势越来越大,其次由硅类油润滑的轴承的启动性能优于由二元酸酯润滑的轴承的启动性能,且随着温度的降低,两者之间的启动性能的差距越明显。In order to investigate the effect of different types of lubricating oil on the starting friction torque of bearing,a miniature bearing low temperature starting torque tester is developed. The test results show that the test machine is in good agreement with the imported BRG-3000 friction torque tester at room temperature. The starting friction torque of the bearings under the lubrication of diacid ester and silicon oil are tested in the temperature range of-50℃ ^-40℃. The starting friction torque of bearing under the lubrication of ester oil and silicone oil gradually are increases with the decrease of temperature,and the trend of increasing is getting bigger and bigger. The starting performance of the bearing which is lubricated by silicon oil is better than that of the bearing which is lubricated by diacid ester,and the starting performance gap between the two is more obvious with the decrease of temperature.
