摘　　要：DCS系列的智能型定量包装称重系统,是定量包装技术的重要发展方向。该系统是一种新式的、不同于集中式控制系统的新型的多级计算机控制系统。基本设计思路是采取分散控制、集中操作、运用分级的管理方式,从而实现灵活地配置资源,而且组态方便。本文主要介绍了该系统的组成,系统的主要技术指标与特点,选择称重传感器的原则,智能称重控制仪的设计要点,称重控制仪的硬件结构设计,称重控制仪的软件设计与功能,气动控制系统设计,试验定量秤的性能规格,并通过试验来验证该设计方法的可行性。DCS series intelligent quantitative packaging weighing system is an important development direction of quantitative packaging technology. The system is a new type multi-level computer control system which is new and different from a centralized control system. The basic design idea is to adopt decentralized control,centralized operation,and use of line management methods to achieve flexible configuration of resources and facilitate configuration. This thesis mainly introduces the composition of the system,the main technical indicators and characteristics of the system,the principle of the weight sensor selecting,the design points of the intelligent weighing controller,the design of hardware structure of the weighing controller,and the design and functions of software of the weighing controller,the design of pneumatic control system,tests the performance specifications of quantitative scales,and verifies the feasibility of the design method through tests.
