摘 要:本文对常用的负荷传感器弹性体材料40Cr Ni Mo A的材料特性进行研究,建立了柱式传感器弹性体结构模型,对其应力、应变特性进行理论分析计算,采用ANSYS有限元软件进行力学分析,研究其力学性能。对柱式负荷传感器进行疲劳试验,研究疲劳试验特性中载荷的幅值、载荷的循环次数对负荷传感器性能参数的影响规律。在额定负荷内,载荷的幅值的大小对负荷传感器的性能影响很小,疲劳加压循环次数在一定范围内有助于改善负荷传感器的滞后、重复性、线性误差。因此负荷传感器在一定的使用年限内,其性能指标逐渐变好。对于柱式负荷传感器的设计具有重要的理论指导意义。In this paper,the material properties of 40 Cr Ni Mo A commonly used in load cell as elastomer material is studies. Structural model of the column load cell is established,and its stress and strain characteristics are calculated and analyzed. ANSYS finite element software is used to analyze and study its mechanical characteristics. Fatigue tests were performed on column load cell,study the influences of load amplitude and cycles number on the load cell performance. Within the rated load,the magnitude of the load has little effect on the performance of the load cell. The number of fatigue cycles helps to improve the hysteresis, repeatability, and linearity of the load cell. Therefore,within a certain period of use,the performance of load cells gradually becomes better. There is important theoretical guidance for the design of column load cell.
