摘  要:通过对麻栎芽苗砧嫁接容器育苗技术的研究,以期为麻栎定向培育及资源的合理利用提供科学依据。试验选择麻栎优树35株,优树的平均树高4.0 m,平均胸径7.8 cm,平均冠幅3.24 m;培育麻栎芽苗砧嫁接苗2053株,其中裸根苗1253株,容器苗800株;采用随机区组试验,将800株容器苗用不同浓度GGR6处理,栽植于不同土壤基质中,研究结果表明:土壤基质与GGR浓度对麻栎容器苗的地径、苗高、成活率等生长指标均有显著影响,麻栎容器苗在不同土壤基质及GGR浓度之间的生长均存在显著性差异,综合来看,当GGR浓度为10 mg/L,土壤基质为黄心土:谷壳灰(1:1)时,麻栎苗木生长效果最佳,适宜推广,其成活率可达98%,苗高达62.27 cm,地径达6.88 mm。For reasonable use and oriented cultivation of Quercus acutissima, the techniques of Q.acutissimaseedling anvil grafted container are studied. 35 trees of Q.acutissima were selected as plus trees, the averageheight was 4.0 m, with the average DBH of 7.8 cm, and the average crown length of 3.24 m; the authorscultivated 2053 seedlings of Q.acutissima, including 800 container seedlings and 1253 bare rooted seedlings.The 800 container seedlings were processed with different concentrations of GGR6 and planted on differentcontainer mediums. The results showed that mediums and concentrations of GGR6 had significant influence onground diameter, height and survival rate of container seedlings. There were significant differences in growthindexes of container seedlings by using different base container mediums and different concentrations of GGR6. In conclusion, the growth of Q.acutissima is the best when the concentration of GGR6 is 10 mg/L andthe loess: plant ash ratio is 1:1, under which the survival rate reaches 98%, the height reaches 62.27 cm andthe ground diameter reaches 6.88 mm.
