摘　　要：加速康复外科(enhanced recovery after surgery,ERAS)是一个全新的医学理念,一经提出就受到广泛关注与推崇,且迅速在临床中开展应用,尤其是在胃肠外科手术中的应用更是备受瞩目,其已被证实可显著加快患者术后的康复速度,改善手术患者的预后,且并不增加并发症的发生率,是目前国内外新兴的研究的热点及亮点。但由于ERAS目前在我国开展时间较短,临床应用中尚存在一系列问题,且缺乏一个权威的指南,因而尚未能在国内普遍推广。故从策略上了解ERAS在胃肠外科中的应用现状及进展,为做利弊选择及综合考虑提供依据,具有极其重要的价值。本文系统查阅相关文献资料,对加速康复外科在胃肠手术中的应用进展做一综述。Enhanced recovery after surgery is a new medical concept and quickly applies in clinical applications,especially in the application of gastrointestinal surgery.It has been confirmed that it can significantly accelerate the recovery rate of patients after surgery to improve the prognosis of patients with surgery,and does not increase the incidence of complications.However,due to ERAS in China to carry out a short time,clinical applications,there are still a series of problems,and the lack of an authoritative guide,which has not yet been widely popular in the country.This article systematically reviewed the relevant literature,to accelerate the rehabilitation of gastrointestinal surgery in the application of the progress of a review.
