摘　　要：恶性梗阻性黄疸(MOJ)是指由于某些恶性肿瘤等原因造成胆道梗阻所引起的以高胆红素血症、组织和体液黄染和胆管扩张为主要表现的一类疾病。因MOJ患者常合并有营养不良,因此营养支持在MOJ患者中有着重要的地位。脂肪乳剂可为人体提供许多必需脂肪酸,是肠外营养的重要能量来源,脂肪酸在体内也具有重要的作用,但MOJ患者常有代谢功能障碍,使得脂肪乳剂在体内往往难以耐受。近些年来各种脂肪乳的出现使得MOJ患者营养支持的应用有了不同的思路,本文就脂肪酸在体内的作用、代谢以及各种脂肪乳剂的应用及其优缺点展开综述。Malignant obstructive jaundice（MOJ）refers to a group of diseases mainly caused by bilirubin,hyperbilirubinemia,yellow staining of tissues and fluids and bile duct dilatation caused by some malignant tumors.Because patients with MOJ often have malnutrition,nutritional support plays an important role in patients with MOJ.Fat emulsion can provide many essential fatty acids for the human body and is an important energy source for parenteral nutrition.Fatty acids also play an important role in the body.However,patients with MOJ often have metabolic-dysfunction,which makes the fat emulsion difficult to tolerate in vivo.In recent years,the emergence of various types of fat emulsion makes the application of nutritional support in patients with MOJ have different ideas.This article reviews the role of fatty acids in the body,metabolism and the application of various fat emulsion and its advantages and disadvantages.
