摘　　要：本文通过对国内高职院校创业教育现状分析,提出高职院校创业项目个性化、差异辅导已经成为当下创业教育从理论普及1.0阶段向项目落地2.0阶段迈进的重要推动力。同时,以构建新型创业导师团队、打造全新创业服务平台以及探索全新的创业辅导模式为切口探讨如何开展创业项目个性化、差异化辅导,并提出在当前背景下,高职院校应该更加重视顶层设计和相应制度的完善,整合外部资源建立创业生态圈和举办多样化、系列化的创业活动来保障创业辅导的效果。Based on the analysis of the current situation of entrepreneurship education in higher vocational colleges, this paper puts forward that the personalized and differentiated mentoring of entrepreneurship projects in higher vocational colleges have become the important driving force for the present stagel of entrepreneurship education from the popularization of theory to the stage2 of the project. At the same time, in order to build a new entrepreneurial Mentors＇ team, create a new business service platform and explore a new entrepreneurial mentoring model, this paper explores how to carry out personalized and differentiated guidance in the incisive project, and puts forward that under the current background, the higher vocational colleges should pay more attention to the top design and the improvement of the corresponding systems. Make full use of all the resources, set up an entrepreneurial ecosystem and organize diversified entrepreneurial activities to ensure the effectiveness of entrepreneurial guidance.
