摘 要:目的建立工作场所空气中对氨基苯甲醚的高效液相色谱检测法。方法采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为C18柱,流动相为甲醇:纯水=62:38(v/v),流速0.9ml/min,检测波长240nm,进样体积20μl。结果该方法测定对氨基苯甲醚线性范围(pg/m1)为0~100;相关系数(r)0.9997;最低检出限为0.15wg/ml;平均精密度RSD为4.4%。以硅胶管为采样滤料,采样效率〉95%。样品室温下可保存7d以上。结论该方法采样效率高,操作简便,精密度和灵敏度较高,可以满足工作场所空气中对氨基苯甲醚的测定。Objective To establish an HPLC method for determining p-Anisidine in workplace air. Methods An C18 capillary column was used with the detection wavelength of 240 nm, the methanol solution (v/v=62:38) as mobile phase, the flow rate was 0.9 ml/min, and the injection volume was 20μl. Results The linear range (μg/ml) for p-Anisidine was 0-100; correlation coefficient was 0.999 7; the detection limit was 0.15 μg/ml; the average precision of RSD was 4.4%. The sampling efficiency was more than 95% using silicone tube as sampling filter. Sample can be stored at room temperature for more than 7 d. Conclusion the method appered to be accurate, simple, sensitive and reliable, also have a high sampling efficiency, and can be usd to determine p-anisidine in workplace air simultaneously.
