摘　　要：目的分析初产妇非医学指征剖宫产的影响因素,提出降低剖宫产率的具体措施。方法采用分层随机抽样方法,抽取潍坊市6家医院在2016年3—8月582名未出院初产妇进行综合分析。结果经多因素logistic回归分析显示,居住地、家庭收入、费用报销情况以及影响性生活质量是非医学指征剖宫产的影响因素(均P<0.05);择时分娩、产妇自然分娩怕疼、待产中不能忍受疼痛而改成剖宫产、担心影响产后性生活、怕自然分娩侧切疼、珍贵儿、其他都与非医学指征剖宫产相关(均P<0.05)。结论非医学指征剖宫产导致的剖宫产率上升不仅是当今产科面临的问题,也已逐渐发展成严峻的社会问题影响母婴健康,因此降低剖宫产率需要医务人员、孕妇、家庭、社会的共同努力。Objective To analyze the factors affecting cesarean section of primipara with non-medical indications, and propose specific measures to reduce the rate of cesarean section.Methods A total of 582 cases of primiparus in six hospitals of Weifang were extracted with stratified random sampling method and using a software of SPSS to analyzed from March 2016 to August 2016.Results The multiple factor logistic regression analysis showed that the place of residence, family income, expense reimbursement and the impact of quality of sex life were the influencing factors of the non-medical indications of cesarean section（all P〈0.05）.The Timing childbirth, the natural childbirth of the parturient, the unbearable pain in the childbirth, the cesarean section, the fear of postpartum sexual life, the fear of natural labor side pain, the precious children, and the other are associated with non-medical indications cesarean section（all P〈0.05）.Conclusion The problem of cesarean sections without medical indications is not only the problem of today＇s obstetrics, and it has developed into a serious social problem affecting maternal and child health. So reduce the rate of cesarean section need everyone make the effort including medical workers, pregnant women, family and society.
