摘  要:目的提高临床医生对蜂毒中毒性脑病的认识。方法对1例蜂毒中毒性脑病患者临床资料进行回顾性分析,并复习相关文献。结果 1例中毒性脑病患者通过激素、丙种球蛋白、脱水、高压氧治疗,取得满意的临床效果。结论蜂蜇后出现神经系统症状时,需警惕蜂毒中毒性脑病的可能,尽快完善头颅磁共振及脑电图检查,一旦确诊,及时使用激素、脱水药物、丙种球蛋白及高压氧治疗,改善患者预后。Objective Improve the understanding of toxic encephalopathy with bee venom. Methods Clinical data of 1 patient with venom-induced toxic encephalopathy was retrospectively analyzed, and relative literature were reviewed. Results For the patient with toxic encephalopathy, satisfactory clinical effects were achieved with hormone therapy, gammaglobulin, anhydration therapy, and hyperbaric oxygen therapy. Conclusion In the event of neurological symptoms after bee sting, vigilance is required against the possibility of venom-induced toxic encephalopathy, and head MRI and EEG should be performed as early as possible. Once the diagnosis is confirmed, timely hormone therapy, anhydration therapy, gammaglobulin and hyperbaric oxygen therapy are expected to improve the patient's prognosis.
