摘 要:试验旨在研究粗蛋白质(CP)和代谢能(ME)水平对9~10周龄育肥鹅血清生化指标和激素水平的影响。采用3×3双因素试验设计,设3个ME水平(12.86、12.13、11.43 MJ/kg)和3个CP水平(15%、13%、11%)。选择432只在同一饲养条件下、体重相近56日龄四川白鹅,随机分成9组,每组4个重复,每个重复12只,公母各6只。试验期为14 d。在试验第15天,每组挑选5只体重接近各组平均体重的试验鹅,采集翅静脉血液5 m L,收集血清,进行各项血液生化指标和激素水平的测定。结果显示:饲粮CP水平对9~10周龄试验鹅血清尿酸(UA)、总胆固醇(CHO)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL)、碱性磷酸酶(ALP)水平有显著或极显著的影响(P<0.05或P<0.01);饲粮ME水平对葡萄糖(GLUC)、CHO、TG和低密度脂蛋白(LDL)和胰岛素(INS)水平有显著或极显著的影响(P<0.05或P<0.01);血清生化指标相关性分析表明,尿素氮(BUN)与UA、谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶/谷丙转氨酶(AST/ALT)成显著或极显著正相关(P<0.05或P<0.01),与CHO呈显著负相关(P<0.05);UA与CHO、TG呈极显著或显著负相关(P<0.05或P<0.01);CHO与TG、LDL呈极显著正相关(P<0.01);TG与LDL呈显著正相关(P<0.05);HDL与LDL呈极显著负相关(P<0.01);谷草转氨酶(AST)与BUN、AST/ALT比呈极显著正相关(P<0.01)。研究表明:CP和ME对肉鹅部分血清生化水平有显著影响,部分血清生化指标间显著相关。To study the effects of crude protein (CP)and metabolizable energy (ME)on serum biochemical indices and serum hormone of geese aged from 9 to 10 weeks, four hundred and thirty-two geese of 56-day-age Sichuanwhite geese were randomly allocated into 9 groups with 4 replicates per group and 12 geese per replicate (1/2 male, 1/2 female). The geese were fed 9 expereiment diets with three levels of ME (12.86, 12.13 and 11.43 MJ/kg)and CP (17%, 15% and 13%). The feeding experiment lasted lg days. Five geese were picked up from each group on 14 days of the experiment, and the geese were used for blood serum collection. The results showed as follows: the CP level had a significant effect on uric acid (UA), cholesterol (CHO), triglyceride (TG), high-density lipoprotein(HDL), alkaline phosphatase (ALP)(P〈0.05 or P〈0.01); the ME level affected significantly on glucose (GLUC), CHO, TG, low-density lipoprotein (LDL), insulin (INS)(P〈0.05 or P〈0.01); there was a positive significant correlation between blood urea nitrogen (BUN)and UA, alanine transaminase (ALT), AST/ALT, as well as a significant negative correlation witb CHO (P〈0.05 or P〈0.01); UA was significantly positively correlated with CHO, TG (P〈0.05 or P〈0.01); CHO were significantly corrlated with TG and LDL (P〈0.01); TG was significantly correlated with LDL (P〈0.05); there was a negative correlation between HDL and LDL (P〈0.01); and a positive significant correlation between AST and BUN, AST/ALT (P〈0.01). It's concluded that biochemistry indexes and serum hormone were significantly affected by dietary CP and ME level, and there was a significant correlation between biochemistry indexes.
