筹办大型活动时有害生物治理应该注意的几个问题

摘　　要：做好有害生物治理工作,是保障大型活动顺利进行的措施之一。几十年来,我们已经从多次实践中积累了丰富的经验,但仍有不少需要改进和提高的地方:从活动立项开始,一直贯穿到规划、设计、施工、验收、使用,以及活动结束后的管理,都要重视、秉持有害生物治理的"预防为主、标本兼治、治本为主"的理念。在大型活动主办单位和有害生物治理企业签订的承包合同中,必须强调"综合防治"原则,不宜过分突出化学药品与器械的作用。认真审查企业及其员工的资质,做到持证上岗。加大孳生地日常的检查和采用物理方法清除的力度,尽量减少大量使用化学杀虫剂突击,或加大处理的数量和频率。在做好大型活动的核心区、重点区、保护区、过渡区的综合防治的同时,也要推动主办地所在整个城市和地区,尤其是城乡结合部、城中村、建筑工地和施工生活区,如办公室、员工食堂、宿舍等地的有害生物治理工作的开展,做到不留空白,不留死角。大力传播科普知识,发动群众积极参加有害生物治理,通过大型活动的举办,降低所在城市的有害生物的密度,使全体人民群众受益,增强获得感。The work of pest management is one of the measures to ensure the smooth operation of large-scale activities. We have accumulated rich experience from many practices. However,there are still many places that need to be improved： The prevention of pest management is dominated by the whole process of planning,design,construction,acceptance,use,and the management of the result of the activity will be carried out. The principle of＂comprehensive prevention and control＂must be emphasized in the contracts signed by major event organizers and pest management enterprises,which should not over emphasize the role of chemical drugs and equipment. It is necessary to carefully review the qualification of the enterprise and its employees,and perform the certificate. These are important to increase the daily inspection and use of physical methods to reduce the amount and frequency of the use of chemical pesticides in large instruments. In the core area of large-scale activity,focus area,transition area comprehensive prevention and control as well as to promote the host where the whole cities and regions,especially the integration of urban and rural areas,villages,construction sites,and construction of living area,such as office staff canteen,dormitory and other places of the development of pest prevention work,we should not leave blank and dead angle. To disseminate popular science knowledge,the masses of people should be the participants of pest control,not just bystanders. Through largescale activities,the density of harmful organisms in the city in the lower base will benefit all the people and enhance the sense of gain.
