摘 要:目的评价诱蚊诱卵器法与布雷图指数法在登革热媒介伊蚊幼虫监测中的指示效果。方法使用布雷图指数法入户调查农户、居民区、医院和公园4种环境的白纹伊蚊幼虫孳生情况,同时按要求布放诱蚊诱卵器,连续布放4 d,第4天检查。结果入户调查1 658户,发现阳性容器384只,布雷图指数为23.16;有效回收诱蚊诱卵器1 662只,阳性诱蚊诱卵器157只,诱蚊诱卵器指数为9.45,布雷图指数明显高于诱蚊诱卵器指数,有非常显著统计学意义(P<0.01)。2种指数显示城区和农村白纹伊蚊幼虫的季节消长趋势具有一致性。2种指数在白纹伊蚊活动的高峰期间远远大于20,表明当地有登革热区域流行的风险。结论 2种方法均可以用于伊蚊幼虫的监测,但在登革热媒介伊蚊应急处置调查时,必须以布雷图指数为主。Objective To evaluate the application effect of the mosq-ovitrap index and the Breteau index in the monitoring of dengue vector. Methods The Breteau index was used to investigate the mosquito breeding condition in the indoor and outside water containers at 4 types of environments including farmers courtyard,residential areas,hospitals and parks. In addition,a mosquito-trap,every 20-25 meters around the surroundings was set,and mosquito eggs were checked and collected 4 days later. Results A total of 1 658 households were investigated,where 384 containers were positive,showing the Breteau index of 23. 16. There were 1 662 valid mosquito traps were collected,157 positive,showing the mosq-ovitrap index of 9. 45. The Breteau index was higher than the mosq-ovitrap index with statistically significant difference( P 〈 0. 01). These two index showed that the change trends of Aedes albopictus larva were consistency,and these two indexes were much more than 20 in Dong’e County,which showed that the dengue fever was regional epidemic risk in this area. Conclusion The mosq-ovitrap index and the Breteau index methods both can be used for monitoring Aedes albopictus larvae,the Breteau index method must be given priority in the emergency treatment of dengue vector.
