摘 要:目的比较商品诱饵聚蝇2000与传统的糖醋诱饵和腐鱼豆渣诱饵监测蝇类密度的差异,探讨商品诱饵用于蝇类监测的作用。方法捕蝇笼诱捕法。结果聚蝇2000诱饵平均密度为13.94只/笼,介于腐鱼豆渣(190.18只/笼)和糖醋(5.76只/笼)之间,其差异有统计学意义(Hc=70.855 3,P<0.05)。3种诱饵诱集的优势种依次是大头金蝇、亮绿蝇、丝光绿蝇、厩腐蝇、棕尾别麻蝇和元厕蝇6种,其中腐鱼豆渣优势种为前3种,糖醋诱饵为后3种,聚蝇2000诱饵是中间的亮绿蝇、棕尾别麻蝇和厩腐蝇,其构成比存在较大差异(χ~2=5 181.545,P=0.000)。3种诱饵的季节消长曲线有一定相关性(r=0.82,P=0.007)。结论聚蝇2000克服了糖醋诱饵分类统计的样本量小、腐鱼豆渣诱饵分类计数工作量大的缺点,监测蝇种数量、季节消长曲线与糖醋和腐鱼豆渣诱饵相吻合,可作为捕蝇笼法诱饵用于蝇类密度监测。Objective To compare the difference in flycapture with different baits,the commercial fly bait Juying2000,the traditional sweet and sour bait and the bean dregs. Methods Cage capture method was employed. Results The average density captured with Juying 2000 was 13. 94 insects per cage,and the difference was statistically significant( Hc = 70. 8553,P 〈 0. 05) between the rotting fish bean dregs( 190. 18 insects per cage) and the sweet and sour( 5. 76 insects per cage). Chrysomya megacephala,Lucilia illustris and L. sericata were the dominant species captured with the rotting fish bean dregs,Muscina stabulans,Boettcherisca peregrina and Fannia prisca with the sweet and sour,and L. illustris,M. stabulans and B. peregrina with Juying 2000. There were significant differences in the composition ratio( χ^2= 5181. 545,P = 0). The seasonal variation curves of the 3 baits were highly correlated( r =0. 82,P = 0. 007). Conclusion Juying 2000 overcomes shortcomings of the baits sweet and sour,and rotting fish dregs. Juying 2000 might be promising in flies monitoring.
