摘 要:目的通过对广州市2009—2016年蚊类监测结果分析,掌握蚊类种群构成及季节消长规律,为广州市蚊类及蚊媒疾病的防控提供依据。方法采用诱蚊灯法进行蚊密度监测,每月2次,监测点包括居民区、公园、医院、农户、牲畜棚等5种环境类型。结果广州市2009—2016年平均蚊密度为8.78只/灯,致倦库蚊、白纹伊蚊、三带喙库蚊、中华按蚊构成比分别为85.24%、9.71%、3.38%、1.09%。冬季蚊密度明显低于其他季节,呈现显著的季节性,且不同环境类型蚊虫密度和种群构成有显著性差异。结论致倦库蚊和白纹伊蚊是广州市主要优势蚊种,二者的季节消长规律有所不同。加强监测可以掌握蚊媒消长规律,为制定适宜的防治策略提供依据。Objective To obtain population composition and density fluctuation characteristics of mosquitoes in Guangzhou through analyzing the monitoring data from 2009 to 2016,and provide scientific evidence for controlling strategies. Methods Mosquito density was monitored with light trap twice a month. The surveillance sites included 5 kinds of environment type such as residence communities,parks,hospitals,farmers households and the barns. Results The surveillance with light-trap showed that average mosquito density from 2009 to 2016 was 8. 78 insects per lamp. Culex quinquefasciatus was the dominant species accounting for 60%,followed by Aedes albopictus( 9. 71%),Culex tritaeniorhynchus( 3. 38%) and Anopheles sinensis( 1. 09%). The mosquito density in winter was lower than that in other seasons. Mosquitoes density and population composition were different between urban and rural area.Conclusion Culex quinquefasciatus and Aedes albopictus were the dominant species in Guangzhou,while their density fluctuation characteristics were different. The control strategies should be based on the occurrence patterns from the monitoring data.
