摘 要:目的通过对遵义市2015—2016年鼠类监测结果分析,了解和掌握遵义市鼠类种群构成、不同生境鼠密度情况,为制定鼠类防控方案提供参考依据。方法室内采用粘鼠板法,计算鼠密度并作鼠种鉴定,外环境采用目测鼠迹法,计算路径指数。每年的2、4、9、11月上旬各监测1次。结果遵义市2015—2016年室内鼠密度为2.33%,主要优势鼠种为褐家鼠,其次为小家鼠、黄胸鼠,构成比分别为47.01%、44.44%、8.55%。农贸市场的鼠密度(6.26%)最高。外环境鼠迹路径指数河道湖泊(2.73)最高、公共绿地(2.58),机关单位(0.68)最低。室内鼠密度9月呈小高峰,2月最低。结论遵义市鼠种以褐家鼠为主,建议根据鼠类栖息习性及季节消长特点采取综合防治措施,加强对鼠类的长期监测,科学防控。Objective To learn the rodent population composition,seasonal fluctuation regulation and density in different habitats in Zunyi,and provide a support for rodent control. Methods The investigation was carried out once a month in February,April,September and November. The glue rat board method was employed indoors,while rodent trace method outdoors. Results The average rodent density of Zunyi was 2. 33%. The dominant species was Rattus norvegicus( 47. 01%),followed by Mus musculus( 44. 44%) and Rattus flavipectus( 8. 55%). The rodent positive rates were 2. 73% in hospital,2. 58% in the public green space,and 0. 68% in government units. Conclusion Rattus norvegicus was the dominant species in Zunyi. It is necessary to take comprehensive measures for rodent control.
