摘 要:目的分析内江市蟑螂种群构成、密度分布、侵害现状和季节消长规律,为开展蟑螂综合防治提供科学依据。方法按照《内江市2016年病媒生物监测方案》选取监测点,采用粘捕法对农贸市场、餐饮、宾馆、医院和居民区5类生境开展种群、密度、侵害率和季节消长调查。结果 2016年内江市蟑螂侵害率为22.88%,平均密度为2.81只/张;优势种为德国小蠊,占捕获总数的96.74%;农贸市场的蟑螂密度和侵害率均最高,分别为9.49只/张和38.36%;蟑螂密度季节消长呈单峰型,4—6月达到高峰,峰值为5.60只/张;侵害率季节消长呈双峰型,5月和8月达到高峰,峰值分别为29.67%和29.72%。结论内江市的优势种为德国小蠊,农贸市场是防治的重要生境,应采取综合防治措施加强治理。Objective To analyze the population structure,density,distribution,infestation rate and seasonal variation of cockroaches in Neijiang,and provide scientific evidence for cockroach control. Methods Monitoring points were selected according to " 2016 vector biological monitoring implementation scheme of Neijiang ". The population,density distribution,infestation rate and seasonal variation of cockroach were surveyed with night sticky trap method in residential areas,hotels,eating houses,markets and hospitals. Results The infestation rate of cockroaches was 22. 88%,and the density was 2. 81 insects per sheet in Neijiang in 2016. Blattella germanica was the dominant species accounting for 96. 74%. The highest density was 9. 49 insects per sheet,and the highest infestation rate was 38. 36%,which were found in markets among the surveyed habitats. The seasonal dynamics of cockroach density was unimodal type,and peaked between April and June,the peak was 5. 60 insects per sheet. While that of the infestation rate was bimodal type,and peaked in May and August,the peak was 29. 67% and 29. 72%. Conclusion Blattella germanica was the dominant species in Neijiang City. Farmers markets were the most important habitat,where comprehensive prevention measures should be taken.
