摘 要:研究聚氨酯填充薄壁圆钢管轴压力学性能,开展了短柱构件的轴向冲击试验和静力轴压试验,获得了空心圆钢管及聚氨酯填充薄壁圆钢管的变形模式,并对荷载-位移曲线、初始荷载峰值、平均压垮荷载、压垮力效率CFE等参数进行了分析。研究结果表明,聚氨酯的加入能够改善圆钢管在轴向力作用下的变形模式,提高了构件吸能能力,并缩短了同等耗能所需的时间。To investigate the mechanical properties of thin-wall circular steel tube filled with polyurethane foam under axial loads,the axial impact experiment and static axial compression experiments of short column components were carried out,and the deformation patterns of hollow round steel pipes and thin-wall circular steel tube filled with polyurethane foam were obtained,and such parameters as the load-displacement curves,the initial load peak value,the average crush load and the crush force efficiency etc. were analyzed. The results show that,the addition of polyurethane can improve the deformation pattern of circular steel tubes under axial load,improve its energy-absorption ability and shorten the time for the same energy consumption.
