摘  要:为解决产品开发过程中的技术矛盾,提高产品运行可靠性,提出以质量机能展开(QFD)和发明问题解决理论(TRIZ)为基础的冲突解决方法.该方法首先以QFD为基础,从用户角度构建产品设计质量屋(HOQ);其次运用TRIZ理论作为冲突解决工具,重点分析质量特性负相关的技术特性,从而获得产品设计的可行性方案;再次运用模糊综合评价法(FCE)作为度量标准,选择最可行方案;最后通过在微波加热系统研发过程中的实际应用,验证本文所提出理论方法的实用性和有效性.In order to solve the contradiction in the process of product development and improve the reliability of the product,a conflict resolution method based on Quality Function Deployment(QFD) and Theory of Inventive Problem Solving(TRIZ-Teoriya Resheniya Izobreatatelskikh Zadatch) is proposed. This method is based on QFD,building a product design house of quality(HOQ) from the perspective of users; secondly,using TRIZ theory as a tool to resolve the conflict,focusing on analysis of quality characteristics of negative technical characteristics related to the feasibility of product design; again using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method(FCE)as a metric,choose the most feasible solution finally; through the practical application in the development process of the microwave heating system,the validity and practicability of the theory and method presented in this paper is validated.
