摘 要:基于能量平衡原理建立电弧炉详细数学模型和仿真模型,理论推导和仿真分析了电源侧频率扰动对负荷消耗功率的影响,计算电弧炉有功功率和无功功率频率因子结果表明频率扰动期间,电弧炉吸收的有功功率和无功功率几乎不变.在此基础上,对目前BPA常用的ZIP模型和频率参数与电弧炉实际频率特性进行误差分析,表明采用经验频率因子表征电弧炉负荷频率特性误差较大.对2016年异步连接南方电网送端系统严重扰动的仿真分析结果表明,目前仿真普遍采用的频率因子经验值来表征电弧炉高耗能用电设备的频率特性,系统暂态频率稳定性分析结果偏乐观,高频切机方案偏保守.The mathematical model and simulation model of electric arc furnace were established based on the principle of energy balance. The effect of frequency disturbance on the load power consumption was analyzed by simulation and theoretical derivation. The results of the calculation of active power and reactive power frequency factor of arc furnace show that the active power and reactive power of the electric arc furnace are almost constant during the period of frequency disturbance. On the basis of this,the error analysis of the ZIP model and frequency parameters commonly used in BPA and the actual frequency characteristics of the arc furnace indicates that the error of the load characteristic of the arc furnace is larger with the experience frequency characteristic parameters. And the simulation results show that the frequency factor is widely used to characterize the frequency characteristics of the high energy consuming equipment in the electric arc furnace,which is widely used in the current simulation of the serious disturbance of the Southern Power Grid in 2016. The asynchronous connection of the Southern Power Grid in 2016 system under serious disturbance is analyzed,and the results show that current widely used in simulation of frequency factor experience value to characterize the frequency characteristics of the high energy consuming equipment in the electric arc furnace and system transient frequency stability analysis results are relatively optimistic,and the scheme of high frequency cutting machine is conservative.
