摘  要:透孢黑团壳属Massarina是子囊菌门座囊菌纲格孢腔菌目中的重要类群,该属真菌在维持生态系统平衡及促进人类健康等方面发挥着重要作用.综述了透孢黑团壳属分类学和系统发育研究进展,指出目前属内177个种分类混乱,异质种所占比例非常大,且与相似属易混淆,需要结合分子数据进一步明确该属真菌的趋于自然系统的分类地位,为该属真菌的准确鉴定、开发利用提供理论基础.同时,调查了中国境内该属真菌的现状,发现只在香港、云南、山东等地区报道了17个种,可见我国透孢黑团壳属真菌资源调查工作还处于起步阶段,该工作对于认识该类群真菌物种多样性及资源保护、利用具有重要意义.The genus Massarina,which belong to Pleosporales,Dothideomycetes,play important roles in maintaining ecosystem balance and promoting human health. In this study,the research progress of Massarina taxonomy and phylogeny is briefly summarized. It is pointed that the taxonomic placements of 177 Massarina species are confused at present. The generic borderlines between Massarina and its allies are arbitrarily drawn,leading to difficulty to distinguish these similar genera. This review provides a basic database for the identification and utilization of Massarina,and presents suggestions for future studies. At the same time,the statistics of Massarina collected from China was figured out. The results show that only 17 species are reported in Hong Kong,Yunnan,Shandong and other areas. This genera thus need recollecting,epitypifying and sequencing from China to establish their taxonomic affinities. This work is of great significance in perceiving diversity,protection and utilization of Massarina.
