阿伐斯汀和氯雷他定治疗慢性荨麻疹的临床效果对比分析

摘　　要：目的观察比较阿伐斯汀和氯雷他定治疗慢性荨麻疹的临床效果。方法选取医院收治的慢性荨麻疹患者90例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组45例。观察组给予阿伐斯汀治疗,对照组给予氯雷他定治疗,观察2组治疗效果及治疗1、2、4周时症状积分。结果观察组不同时间总显效率与对照组相应时间点比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组1周无效率与对照组比较更低(P<0.05)。观察组治疗4周,瘙痒评分低于对照组,观察组治疗1、2、4周风团大小、每次发作时间评分与对照组比较更低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论阿伐斯汀治疗慢性荨麻疹效果显著,所取得的临床效果与氯雷他定相近,但是在治疗1、2、4周时作用优于氯雷他定,可更好改善患者的临床症状。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of avastin and loratadine in the treatment of chronic urticaria. Methods 90 patients with chronic urticaria were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group,45 cases in each group. The observation group was treated with avastin,while the control group was treated with loratadine.The therapeutic effects of the 2 groups were observed and the scores of symptoms at first,second,fourth weeks were observed.Results There was no significant difference in the effective rate between the observation group and the control group at all stages（ P〈0. 05）. The ineffective rate of the observation group at 1 weeks was lower than that of the control group（ P〉0. 05）.The pruritus score of the observation group at 4 weeks was lower than that of the control group. The size of the wheal and the time of the onset of the treatment for first,second,fourth weeks were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 01）. Conclusion Avastin is effective in treating chronic urticaria,and its clinical effect is similar to loratadine. But at first,second,fourth weeks,the effect is better than loratadine,which can better improve the clinical symptoms of patients.
