摘 要:目的建立气相色谱质谱联用法测定蔬菜中有机磷农药残留量的检测方法。方法将蔬菜样品经过清洗、提取、净化、浓缩、定容后,用气相色谱质谱联用仪进行测定。结果 DB-1701毛细管柱对10种有机磷农药能达到很好的分离效果,而DB-5毛细管柱有4种物质无法达到基线分离。方法最低检出浓度为0.003~0.044 mg/kg(取样量为5.0 g),回收率为73.0%~88.0%,精密度范围为1.59%~4.87%,相关系数≥0.999 0。结论该方法快速准确,灵敏度高,适用于蔬菜中多种有机磷农药残留的同时测定。[Objective]To establish a method for the determination of organophosphorus pesticide residues in vegetables by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS).[Methods]The vegetable samples were cleaned,extracted,purified,concentrated and fixed,and determined by GC-MS.[Results]Ten kinds of organophosphorus pesticide were completely separated by DB-1701 capillary column,but there were four kinds of pesticides could not be completely separated by DB-5 capillary column. The minimum detectable concentration was 0.003-0.044 mg/kg(5.0 g samples). The recoveries were 73.0%-88.0%. The precision range was 1.59%-4.87% and correlation coefficient was ≥0.999 0.[Conclusion]The method is rapid and accurate with high sensitivity,and is suitable for simultaneous determination of organophosphorus pesticide residues in vegetables.
