南昌市三级医院产科医务人员睡眠质量与焦虑抑郁的相关性分析

摘　　要：目的了解南昌市三级医院产科医务人员睡眠质量及焦虑抑郁现状,并分析其相关性,为改善产科医务人员睡眠质量与焦虑抑郁提供依据。方法选取南昌市5所三级医院165名产科医务人员作为调查对象,分别使用一般资料调查表、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表、焦虑自评量表与抑郁自评量表开展调查,分析医务人员睡眠质量与焦虑抑郁的相关性。结果 160名产科医务人员睡眠质量平均得分为8.43±1.75,不同年龄段、性别、职业、文化程度和家庭人均月收入睡眠质量得分不同,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。160名产科医务人员焦虑平均得分为37.23±4.02,抑郁平均得分为45.03±3.21,年龄、性别、职业、文化程度和家庭人均月收入是焦虑与抑郁水平的影响因素(P<0.05)。相关性分析结果表明,除睡眠障碍维度,睡眠质量各维度与总分均与焦虑、抑郁得分呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论产科医务人员睡眠质量、焦虑与抑郁状态均有待于改善,提升其睡眠质量有利于改善其焦虑抑郁状态。[Objective]To explore the quality of sleep,anxiety and depression level of obstetric medical staff in tertiary hospitals in Nanchang City,analyze their correlations,and provide evidences for improving the sleep quality,anxiety and depression of obstetric medical staff.[Methods] A total of 165 obstetric medical workers from 5 tertiary hospitals in Nanchang City were selected and investigated by the general information questionnaire,Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index（PSQI）,Self-rating Anxiety Scale（SAS） and Self-rating Depression Scale（SAS）. The correlation between quality of sleep,anxiety and depression in medical staff was analyzed.[Results]The average score of PSQI was 8.43±1.75 among 160 obstetric medical workers,and the differences in score of PSQI were statistically significant among different groups in age gender,occupation,education level and per capita monthly income（P〈0.05）. The average score of anxiety and depression in 160 obstetric medical workers was 37.23 ±4.02 and45.03±3.21 respectively. The age,gender,occupation,education level and per capita monthly income were the influencing factors of anxiety and depression（P〈0.05）. Correlation analysis showed that each dimension（except the dimensions of sleep disorders）score and total score of sleep quality（except the dimensions of sleep disorders） and total score were positively correlated with anxiety and depression scores（P〈0.05）.[Conclusion]The levels of sleep quality,anxiety and depression in obstetric medical workers need to be improved. Improving the sleep quality is conducive to improving their anxiety and depression.
