摘　　要：目的了解柳州市旅店业卫生质量状况,明确其主要影响因素。方法按照《公共场所卫生标准检验方法》对旅店空气环境、公共用品和集中空调冷却塔冷却水进行采样及检测。依据《公共场所卫生标准》和《公共场所集中空调通风系统卫生规范》中的卫生要求进行评价。结果共采集旅店样品1 392份,合格1 069份,总合格率为76.8%,其中室内空气和公共用品的合格率分别为75.7%和78.1%。3星级、1~2星级及非星级宾馆卫生监测总合格率分别为81.0%、74.1%和72.8%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。室内空气监测指标中合格率最低的是PM2.5,合格率仅为14.3%。各类公共用品都检出菌落总数。菌落总数合格率为78.3%,大肠菌群和金黄色葡萄球菌合格率为100.0%。冷却水嗜肺军团菌检测合格率为100.0%。结论旅店业卫生质量总体情况较差,需加强卫生监督监测。[Objective]To understand the health quality of hotel industry of Liuzhou City in 2016,clarify its main influencing factors.[Methods]According to the Public health monitoring technical specifications,the public goods and cooling water from centralized air conditioning cooling tower in hotel industry were samples and tested. The evaluation was conducted according to the requirements of the Hygienic standard for public places and the public places centralized air conditioning and ventilation system health norms.[Results]Totally 1 392 samples were collected from the hotel industry,1 069 were qualified with the total qualified rate of 76.8%. The qualified rate of indoor air and public goods was 75.7% and 78.1% respectively. The total qualified ra te of health monitoring in 3-star,1-2-star and non-star hotels was respectively 81.0%,74.1% and 72.8%,and the difference was statistically significant. Among the indoor air monitoring indicators,the qualified rate of PM2.5 was the lowest,which was only14.3%. The number of colonies was detected in all kinds of public goods. The qualified rate of colony was 78.3%,and the qualified rate of Coliform and Staphylococcus aureus was 100%. The qualified rate of Legionella pneumophila in cooling water was 100.0%.[Conclusion]The health quality of hotel industry is poor,and the health supervision and monitoring should be strengthened.
