摘　　要：目的了解天津市非公立医院传染病报告管理现状。方法通过问卷调查和现场复核相结合的方式,对天津市非公立医院基本情况和传染病报告管理现状进行调查。结果目前天津市共有非公立医院297家,其中网络直报医院26家(8.75%),非网络直报医院271家(91.25%)。26家网络直报非公立医院均开展传染病信息报告管理工作,并建立传染病报告管理相关制度。非网络直报医院仅有66.79%开展传染病信息报告管理工作。结论非公立医院传染病报告管理工作有待完善,应进一步规范和加强传染病报告管理工作,科学引导天津市非公立医院依法进行传染病信息报告。[Objective] To understand the status of infectious disease report management in non-public hospitals in Tianjin.[Methods]The combination of questionnaire survey and on-site review was used to investigate the basic situation of non-public hospitals in Tianjin and the current situation of infectious disease report management.[Results]At present,there were 297 non-public hospitals in Tianjin,of which 26 hospitals had the network direct reporting system（8.75%）,and 271 did not entry the network direct report system（91.25%）. All of 26 non-public hospitals with the network direct reporting system have implemented the infectious disease reporting management and established the related system of infectious disease report management.However,only 66.79% of non-public hospitals without the network direct reporting system have implemented the infectious disease report management.[Conclusion]The infectious disease report management in non-public hospitals needs to be perfected. It is necessary to further standardize and strengthen the management of infectious disease reports in order to guide the non-public hospitals to report infectious diseases according to law.
