摘  要:目的明确某饲料生产线产生的职业病危害因素,结合工作人员职业病危害的接触水平和采取的职业病危害防护措施,对企业职业病危害现状做出综合评价。方法采用职业卫生现场调查、职业卫生检测、职业健康检查、检查表分析等方法对某饲料生产线职业病危害因素及防护措施进行综合分析和评价。结果在正常生产、职业病防护设施正常运行的情况下,卸料、大投料及接料操作工接触粉尘的时间加权平均浓度(5.8、8.7、6.7 mg/m3)超标;制粒、封袋操作工接触噪声的8 h等效声级[89.0、88.7 d B(A)]超标。结论该企业应采取综合防治措施以降低粉尘、噪声对作业人员的健康危害。Objective To confirm the occupational hazards in feed line. To analyze the exposure level and protective measures then evaluate the status of occupational hazard in enterprise.Methods Field investigation,detection,health examination and checklist were carried out. Results Time-weighed average concentrations of dust in three types of work(5.8,8.7,6.7 mg/m^3) exceeded relative standards.The LEX,8 hdetected in two types of work [89.0,88.7 d B(A) ]exceeded relative standards. Conclusion The preventive measures from noise and dust not only should be carried out toward individual but also should be attached importance to other physiological system changes.
