摘 要:目的探究陶瓷洁具成型工艺改进对职业病危害因素的控制效果。方法对陶瓷洁具成型工艺改进前后的工作现场进行职业卫生学调查,分别测定工作现场的粉尘浓度、噪声强度,对各检测点的粉尘检测合格率、噪声检测合格率进行统计分析。结果工艺改进后,工作场所中的总尘浓度、呼吸性粉尘浓度、噪声强度大幅降低(均P<0.05),粉尘检测点合格率由26.47%升到92.50%(χ2=34.07,P<0.05)、噪声检测点合格率由20.59%升到100.00%(χ2=57.17,P<0.05)。结论湿式修坯成型工艺在职业病危害因素控制中具有良好的应用价值。Objective To explore the analysis of ceramic sanitary ware molding process improvement of occupational disease hazard control effect. Methods The occupational hygiene investigation was carried out on the working site before and after the improvement of ceramic sanitary ware molding technology. The dust concentration,noise intensity and the qualified rate of dust detection were measured respectively. The qualified rate of noise detection was statistically analyzed. Results After process improvement,the total dust concentration in workplace,concentration of dust,noise intensity was greatly reduced(P0.05),dust testing point qualified rate increased from 26.47% to 92.50%(χ^2= 34.07,P〈0. 05),noise testing point qualified rate increased from 20.59% to 100%(χ^2= 57. 17,P〈0. 05). Conclusion Wet fettling molding process in the occupational-disease-inductive factors control has good application value.
