通辽市2010-2015年放射工作人员个人剂量监测结果分析

摘　　要：目的了解通辽市放射工作人员个人剂量受照水平,评价放射防护效果,为采取放射防护措施提供数据支持。方法采用热释光剂量仪检测通辽市2010-2015年,1 120人次放射工作人员的个人年剂量,按照年度和不同工种进行统计和比较。结果人均年剂量当量呈现明显的下降趋势,个人剂量﹤5 m Sv所占的比例较大,2010年个人剂量<5 m Sv人数占95.9%,2012、2013年占100.0%。不同的工种中,工业探伤﹥5 m Sv的人数较放疗和医用诊断的人少,但人均年剂量当量较高(1.50 m Sv)。结论进一步加强工业探伤人群的防护措施,减少集体剂量当量,进一步调查医用诊断和放疗人群中﹥5 m Sv的原因,制定针对的措施,减少照射剂量对身体的危害。Objective To analyze of personal dose of irradiation workers in Tongliao city,to evaluate radiological protection effect and to provide with the data for irradiation protection.Methods 1 120 personnel＇s annual individual dose from 2010-2015 were measured,according to the annual and different type of work of statistics and comparison.Results The per capita annual equivalent dose took on obvious decreased trend. The proportion of individual dose ﹤ 5 m Sv was higher than that of others. The proportion of individul dose in 2010 was 95.9%,in 2012,2013 was 100.0%. The number of industrial flaw detection5 m Sv was less then radiation therapy and medical diagnosis,but the collective dose level was high（1.50 m Sv）.Conclusion It should enhance protection measures for the crowd of industrial flaw detection,further investigate the individual dose ﹥5 m Sv of medical diagnosis and radiation therapy,take measures to reduce irradiation dose that harms to health.
