摘　　要：目的了解重庆市渝北区2016年手足口病聚集疫情的流行病学特征,为有效防制手足口病提供科学依据。方法利用国家传染病报告信息管理系统中重庆市渝北区手足口病监测资料和各镇街报表数据,应用描述性流行病学分析方法对2016年重庆市渝北区手足口病聚集疫情流行特征进行分析。结果 2016年重庆市渝北区手足口病全人群发病率为563.40/10万。聚集疫情共报告123起,发病343例,占同期发病总数的4.15%。其中9~12月报告85起,占疫情总数的69.11%。聚集疫情主要发生在城区街道,占比95.93%(118/123)。男女发病比为1.21∶1。人群分布集中在2~4岁组,共325例,占病例总数的94.75%。结论托幼机构是手足口病聚集疫情的重点防控场所,4~7月和9~12月是疫情防控的关键时期。Objective To know the epidemiological characteristics of the clustered cases of hand-foot-mouth disease（ HFMD） in Yubei District in 2016,and provide scientific basis for effective prevention and control of HFMD. Methods The monitoring data of HFMD of Yubei District from national infectious disease report information management system and the report data from every town and street were gathered. Then the descriptive epidemiological analysis was carried out on them. Results HFMD incidence rate in Yubei District of Chongqing in 2016 was 563. 40/100 000. A total of 123 cases were reported,and the number of patients were 343,accounting for 4. 15% of the total number over the same period. Of all these cases,85 were reported between September and December,making up 69. 11% of the total. Aggregation epidemic mainly concentrated in urban areas,accounting for 95. 93%（ 118/123）. The male-female incidence ration was 1. 21∶ 1. Distribution of the population concentrated in the 2 - 4 age group,which reached 325 cases,accounted for 94. 75% of the total. Conclusion The prevention and controll of the clustering incidence of HFMD should center on kindergartens. And the periods between April and July,September and December are critical for the prevention and control of HFMD.
